Is this diet sustainable? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Has anyone on this forum lasted more than 2 years on this diet? Or it’s one of these diets that people jump on enthusiastically, follow for a few months or a year, and then realize it’s “too hard.” That it sucks too much pleasure out of life and that it’s not realistic or sustainable for us mere mortals to achieve.
