a nutritionist told me that coffee is a lectin, huh?
Is this true? I can’t find much information on it and since I’m trying to avoid lectins due to autoimmunity, I’m quite concerned as I drink coffee frequently. The nutritionist stated that lectins are in almost everything and coffee is one of the worst. And that if I have it, I better filter it or boil it for 10 minutes to destroy the lectins. Can anyone comment?
