Diet Coke

From what I gather, I can’t drink Diet Coke on keto because it will trigger an insulin response. Just like anything else that contains even the smallest amount of sugar. It’s okay? I only ask because even though I have been on a regular diet, it has been somewhat my pleasure. I can hit him over the head if I have to, but a diet coke every once in a while would be nice. Oh, and I also have 0% calorie honey, I guess that’s a no too? Thinking? Edit: I read in an article that it caused an insulin spike, but judging by the answers that information is incorrect, thanks for the help everyone. Now, it’s time for me to buy some cola! (Diet!)
