What percentage of your body weight did you lose in the first few months?
– M / 5’10 / CW: 230 / GW: 170-180 (visual target for abs) – From what I’ve read, it seems like the weight is lost quickly at first and then the loss decreases as you lose weight. I keep less than 10 carbs for the first month to maximize my results. – Any tips or tricks are also appreciated. Thanks
