So i've lost just over 90 pounds
I posted before, but now I’ve lost 92 pounds in 25 weeks, which is amazing, but I don’t think I was on a strict keto diet. I’ve never really measured carbs etc, but I’ve been guessing that maybe I was lucky. I started at 446 so I had a lot to lose now at 354, I still have another 100 for my goal of 250, that’s what I was when I was 22, I’m 33 now and 6ft 3 with a naturally large build (wide shoulders, etc.). I’m not too worried about my weight, it’s more about my appearance, so I want my belly and man boobs and double chin to disappear. I feel so much better at 92 pounds less, so I hope I get better with every pound I lose. I currently average 2-4 pounds a week and over the 25 weeks I have had a period where I put on 4 pounds. back where he spent a week on vacation. Basically I don’t eat carbohydrate foods like pasta, bread, potato and I don’t touch them anymore. I have sugar sometimes, but I find it very sweet, a little sick. I do not crave any type of food and my hunger is almost non-existent. I haven’t hit a Plato yet and I’m looking forward to doing it so well, but I have plans for that. I’m not sure if I’m in ketosis, I have keto breath sometimes, and my urine smells too, so maybe I am. I hardly do any exercise. I am planning to do some resistance and weight training. I hate cardio, but I’ve heard that’s not good for weight loss anyway. Has anyone else had an experience similar to mine? What does the future hold for me?
