Ketoade, why reduce the salt and separate the sodium? Confused

I am looking to make a Ketoade drink and there are a lot of different ways people say to do it. I’ve done a lot of research on reddit about this so I apologize if a lot comes up, I just don’t fully understand. So I see people saying get ‘low salt’ (or some similar brand of that nature) that will contain potassium. Then they say add with pink or sea salt, for sodium. I have looked up this low salt and it says it is low in sodium. So why get the low sodium salt and add a salt that contains sodium? Why not use salt? I am missing something. I live in the UK so our products may differ. Basically I’m just trying to go on a low-budget keto diet. I have a magnesium body spray that I already use so that won’t be a problem. Just potassium and sodium. Also, are these the top 3? I have slightly low blood pressure (a doctor has never told me it is a problem, just a little less, but I am very healthy and I exercise a lot, I am doing Keto for ADHD) because of this, I would like to keep an eye on the salty side of things. There are so many different variations on this that it has left me quite confused. So far I have been using soluble electrolyte tablets for athletes, but they are quite expensive and I don’t think the electrolyte servings are good. I have also been having a vegetable broth drink and taking salt with my meals. I have no signs of low levels, I am not dizzy, crampy, lethargic, grumpy, anxious, etc., if anything to the contrary. A tip on how to go ahead would be greatly appreciated, please, should I just stick with what I’m doing or make the salt mix? I am thinking of eating a fairly balanced diet of vegetables and nuts, with my meat and fat. Thanks
