It seems like when I go for net carbs I get stuck.
I was losing a few pounds on a regular and enjoyable basis every other day. Then I started reading about subtracting fiber from total carbs, so I enjoyed things like stevia chia pudding, hemp heart chia oatmeal, etc. I have not lost a pound in the 2 weeks since I started doing that. Do some people’s bodies react differently? I’m going to go back to the “a carb is a carb” mentality for a while to see what happens.
