Green Chef Keto UK
I’ve been doing this for five weeks and it’s a game changer for me. I tried the keto diet about three years ago and lost about 10 pounds in a couple of months, but I’m not the best at planning meals and buying the right things, so my keto diet consisted of cheap meat and frozen veggies the most part of the time. or bacon and cheese. I got bored pretty quickly, but I recognized that the keto thing works to get rid of cravings and incessant hunger. In the meantime, I put those three stones back in, but I always intended to go on a proper ketogenic diet. When I saw Green Chef’s keto option I thought I’d give it a try and I must say it’s a different world. I get six meals a week, each meal twice as they only have a “2 person” option so I make my own on the 7th day, which I usually copy from the recipe cards (which I am collecting). Things are fresh and packed with the right measurements, it takes about 30 minutes to make two meals and they all have less than 20g of carbs, about 700kcal, and they are very filling and a good range of proteins, vegetables and spices. Cleaning is easy as the packaging is thrown away or recycled. It’s probably a bit pricey, around £ 40 a week (£ 6.66 per meal), but I haven’t eaten this well in a long time. I lost almost two kilos and only about twice a day. I’ve read negative things about these subabout recipe boxes before, but it’s worth a try if you want to try something new.
