New belt and jeans, but was sitting down Some Keto foods at home cooking on the go: http://imgur.com/gallery/IDGG6Q7 Food is Keto homemade: miracle noodles, zucchini noodles (zoodles), cauliflower rice , cauliflower / egg / cheese bread, cauliflower pizza crust, almond flour, coconut flour, Naan, keto bread, low carb veggies, good meat, lots of good fats, avocado oil, evvo, coconut, butter, ghee, etc. I thought it had a hamburger photo. Always 100% grass fed it tastes so much better. More fat and juicer. As if keto clean wasn’t expensive enough, you had to buy a whole new wardrobe. 36 to 32. Large to medium fitted dress shirt. The jeans were formed to lose and had to be tightened and put the belt in the pockets. New shorts and jeans; old men would literally fall off without a very tight belt. I got new jeans and belt today (not pictured), but wearing tight-fitting medium shirts for the first time in both photos. A healthy and clean diet. Most of my weight loss was in a year. Before the keto diet you only cut carbs, but switching to keto was easy as I was already low carb (more calories counting there) now I am <20g
