The ketogenic diet works, the low carb diet works, for years I was on and off the keto train. Two weeks ago I watched keto. I knew that for me it was the way to eat. However, I told myself that I live a low carb lifestyle. I don’t do it perfect. I target macros and carb tracking in mfp. I have learned a lot about eating in general. I see how much he used to eat! I thought something was wrong with me. Keto taught me how many carbohydrates and calories I was consuming. 2 weeks at 11 pounds down. More energy and mental clarity. I feel great! I had two high carb meals in two weeks, but I monitored them and found that I was still eating less carbs than I used to. I have not had those massive binges. Well, thanks for supporting me and everyone here. It really makes it easier. 30 more pounds to go!
