I really appreciate all the advice on this sub. When I lose my patience (I tend to be very impatient), I remember what people say here: weight loss is not linear. My weight gain was not overnight and neither will weight loss. I find these concepts incredibly comforting. And the support here is incredible. Over 18 pounds and I’m proud of myself.
