Too much of a good thing. Help me eat.
I did keto for a couple of years successfully a couple of years ago with no similar issues. I hit my target. I was still low carb, but I stopped counting and we all know what happened. I’m back on the bandwagon, losing weight at a slow, steady rate, but I can only “eat” 1100-1500 calories a day. Wtf? I woke up determined to eat double that today, my normal healthy stasis calorie count. My normal breakfast sounds terrible. Nothing in the fridge looks good. I’m enjoying some cheesecake fat bombs and small amounts of meat, but that’s all I can seem to eat without forcing myself. Help.
