Nobody mentions it, but here are 2 life-changing improvements, absolutely not minor

I have been in keto since January, I have already shared my progress in other posts so I will not mention it in this one. I wanted to share something different that I came to recognize in recent weeks. The first. At this time of year, for the last – and at least – 5 years, I was having pollen allergies. It was so bad: face swelling, continuous sneezing 20-30 times in a row, shortness of breath, one morning I couldn’t open my eyes due to swelling and excessive secretions. I even bought an air filtering machine that I kept on 24/7. Well, surprise, surprise, guess what happened this year? Nothing. He had a normal life in March, April and May. Was the BMI reduced? The diet? The exercise? All together? I don’t know for sure, but something did a miracle. Second thing Maybe 15 years ago, due to lipomas, I started having problems with my torso when touching hard surfaces. Especially in the ribs and middle of the back, lying in the wrong position was like having hard stones that caused me pain and got trapped under the body. It was so bad that even a hug made me nervous (that was painful sometimes too). What has changed after the ketogenic diet? Currently, I can notice that although it is not gone, the size of the lipomas is smaller, they became softer to the touch and pressure, which is very relieved. It’s probably one of the subconscious improvements that it took me a while to recognize, but it’s probably one of the reasons I’m not so nervous snuggling next to my wife on the couch 🙂 Funny if some of you had the same issues and if noticed improvement. Thanks for reading this post and sticking with keto!
