damn, what a rush
So I have been doing pure keto for about 3 months, but started in January (learning the ropes) I have not had candy or sugar for 4 months and the other day I had a huge sugar craving and struggled for anything, not buying sweetener from monk fruits to have nothing. so I made a sandwich with a slice of white bread (12g carbs) and made half a ham and cheese. Should I start making ketogenic desserts? edit: how do you get back to keotsis faster if you had a cheat meal?
