Is it okay to add potassium to hot broth? (Or just hot drink in general?)

Every day I have a bouillon cube and hot water as a “salty treat” and usually mix the potassium and magnesium with plain water. Today I decided to add potassium citrate to my hot broth and I am having it right now. Does hot water affect my potassium in any way?
