Helps to maintain a strict ketogenic diet for neurological disorder

Hello everyone, & # x200B; I have been on a ketogenic diet for over a month now and I can definitely say that I have noticed some positive impacts. My main reason for starting the diet was to fight a neurological disorder that I am facing. Some of my main symptoms include visual snow and eyestrain, chronic fatigue, memory loss, head pressure, mild neuropathy, and a few other miscellaneous. Symptoms. & # x200B; I am male, 22 years old, and at a healthy weight (140lbs), so I am looking to maintain my current weight on Keto. My main question is what resources should I use to better target my food intake. I know the difference between strict, dirty, and lazy keto might not be huge normally, but for someone treating neurological conditions, I’d like to know what I should try to stay away from, as well as any general advice. & # x200B; As a general background, I currently maintain macros of 135g of protein, 170g of fat, and no more than 20g of carbohydrates. & # x200B; Thank you!
