I have been on keto for 1 month and have not lost any weight. Help me find out what's going on.

** EDIT: ** Thank you all very much for all your comments, help, and feedback. By consensus, it seems like I should increase my caloric intake, so that’s what I’m going to do for the next week or two (while still recording everything) and see how things go. Other than that I’ll probably go have my thyroid checked (fingers crossed, not that) to make sure it’s not causing problems. I still go to KCKO and will continue to be in charge of my health. I thank you all !! — So a little back story, I went keto in 2012 and had great success with it, losing close to 60 pounds and staying that way until 2016. However, I made some bad lifestyle decisions and gained weight + more and I hit the highest I’ve ever been in 2021 at 308 pounds (140 kg). I’m a 5’9 “(175cm) 30-year-old male and I decided that since I’m 30 now, it’s time to get my life back on track. So I went back to the ketogenic diet, counting my macros and calories, cutting out. all carbs, no cheat days and yet this time I’m just not losing weight. I just eat one meal a day around 6-7pm and fast the rest of the day. An example of what I have for La Dinner is chicken breast with some vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and / or spinach) and 2 eggs. With my meals I have natural mayonnaise that does not contain sugar. And sometimes, as a snack, I have Brazil nuts (no more than 50 g This usually brings me to around 1100 calories per day. However, even with a 1000 calorie per day deficit and no carbs, nothing happens. There is no movement on the scale. I know the scale is not It all ends all, but I don’t even see any progress on my tape measurements. I’m lost and I really lose it. Tivated, but I don’t want to give up. I want to improve my life and that starts with reaching a healthier weight. I would like to add that my company has completely moved to a WFH system since the pandemic and I don’t go out of the house much due to closures where I live. Perhaps the lack of movement has slowed my metabolic rate? I also don’t drink alcohol, but I do vaporize nicotine-free liquids that I’m using to quit smoking during my college days.
