I have been doing keto for about 10 days. I started out at about 175 pounds and haven’t really lost any weight. I have been training 5 days a week and I think I have gained some muscle. I say this because over the weekend, one of my teammates on my soccer team that I hadn’t seen in a couple of months told me that he didn’t recognize me at first because I look fitter than usual. I have noticed a slight difference in my body, but maybe I have improved more than I thought since I see my body every day. This totally motivated me and I’m happy for the newbies’ gains and fat loss.
