Keto and depression and / or other mental health issues?

Has anyone experienced the ketogenic diet helping / alleviating mental health struggles or symptoms in a noticeable way? I’d be curious to hear them. I ask because before consuming low carb foods probably 7 months ago, I was suffering from moderate depression (sorry, English is not my first language, I don’t know what to call it exactly), but it was not mild and it was not the worst, if that makes sense. Anyway, over the course of these months I have definitely noticed that the diet change helped me. The biggest differences are that I am not as tired as I used to be: Before this change, I would need to take a nap almost every day, or I could fall asleep anywhere, anytime. Another is brain fog, it’s completely gone. Mind fog was hellish, that’s for sure. I’m also a lot less cranky / irritable, even my family has noticed. I no longer criticize people and I have a lot more patience in general. My concentration has also improved. It used to be that I couldn’t sit and read a book for more than 15 minutes without starting to feel restless (which sucked because I always liked to read). Now I can. I was diagnosed with depression and all that jazz, so yeah. It is incredibly liberating and I am so glad I went down this path. I never would have imagined that you could improve your mental space and your mental problems with what you eat. Does anyone have similar experiences?
