Alternatives To Almond Flour For Baking - Whey Protein?

So I’ve been thinking about buying some whey protein for cooking, my problem with a lot of recipes is that they require so many different types of flour that I don’t have the money to buy, as well as the almond flavor, which I don’t have I don’t like.
