Keto during Covid?

2 weeks ago I lost my sense of smell for the first time, so yesterday I decided to get tested for coronavirus. Ok, 1 hour ago I received my results and they are positive. I don’t know if it’s true or not (I still have no smell), but I’ll still take the medicine (probably vitamins, paracetamol, idk, I’ll talk to my doctor). So can I start keto with an IF of 23: 1 with all of these drugs? Will I hurt my stomach? Is this going to be harmful to me? I really want to start IF Keto + some HIIT, but I feel like the test result is holding me back or maybe it’s just in my head. Any advice please? Thank you.
