Among meats, fish occupies a prominent place as a diet to lose weight. Fish is rich in protein and low in fat. It is also a rich source of essential fatty acids and Omega 3 fatty acids. These improve the body’s metabolism by losing weight. Chicken is a good option for fishing. It is lower in fat and high in protein. It is best to cook it with the least amount of oil. Eggs are also a healthy way to lose weight. Make sure to discard the yolk as it is rich in harmful cholesterol. Eggs are the richest source of protein and egg protein has the highest biological value.
The other foods that are useful for weight loss are nuts like almonds, fruits like apple and grapefruit, oatmeal (not the sugary oatmeal found in the market) and olive oil. Olive oil is a rich source of essential fatty acids olic and linelonic acid. Therefore, it is particularly effective for weight loss.
