I have had some success with the ketogenic diet, but I keep losing my way because of a multitude of excuses. I think it ultimately comes down to how repeated my meals are. I suck cooking, but then I get completely overwhelmed when I try to search for things because I know absolutely nothing. I just wanted some advice on things that are extremely easy to cook with minimal ingredients. My diet has consisted of practically nothing but cheese, hamburgers, baked chicken, eggs, and vegetables. I’m going to check out r / ketorecipes, but figured listening to some of your easy favorites would be less stressful than searching on my own. Thanks in advance, ketobros.
