Does shitty food affect ketosis even if I'm still low on carbs and sugar and getting fat?

Ok, I have been doing keto for about 3 weeks. And so far so good! I’ve generally been eating semi healthy like for lunch, I’ll have a lettuce sandwich wrapped with raw broccoli and ranch. Or last night I made chicken stir fry with a bunch of veggies without rice. And for snacks I usually have some peppers with cream cheese or some cheddar cheese and salami and almonds. Well, today yyyy I didn’t eat much. But what I ate, I felt it made me feel bad. For “lunch” I had salami, cheese, almonds and a lacroix. For dinner I made those cheese pizza rolls that are literally slices of mozzarella with pepperoni baked for a few minutes and rolled up, dipped in pizza ranch sauce that was 5. And after that I had 2 little keto brownies that I made (2 net carbs each) with a small amount of killer cream vanilla ice cream which, by the way, is gross. I ended up taking it out of the brownie. Anyway. What I’m saying is I feel like shit about it even though what I ate was keto and I’m still under all my carbs and stuff on the carb manager. And I am full. Do you think I’ll be okay? I’m pretty new to this and like I said, I’ve been trying to eat something healthy and this is the first time I’ve ever felt like I’ve binged.
