New to Keto X 1 week … love it so far. I can tell that my tummy is getting flatter. But I have a question … Most days I’m not hungry until later. For example, it is almost 6:30 pm and I am starting to get hungry. Everyone says that this is horrible for me and that it forced me to eat 3 times a day even when I was not hungry. Does the same rule apply to Keto? Do I need to force myself to eat at least 3 times a day, or is it okay to just listen to my body?
