Ketogenic diet, 254 to 199 in 6 months, minimal exercise

I weighed 254 pounds when my ex and I broke up in March 2020, I think it was my fattest moment. I started Keto, mostly Atkins microwave meals at work and stuff and then just made my own meals. Also, I only did the less than 100 net carbs per day that some do, I was never really hard on the> 20 carbs or what some people do. Today I went down to 199, so what is that 6 months later? I lost 55 pounds with minimal exercise (I should be doing more, basically on the way). I’m just saying, this ketogenic diet thing really works, my mom is getting more and more keto and my best friend is cutting carbs more and more and I’m not pushing them at all. Here’s March versus today. Keep doing keto, folks, it works, even if it’s around 100 carbs a day, it worked for me. & # x200B;
