Extended fasting + OMAD + Keto

Hello first time poster here. Here is a progress image:
[https://imgur.com/muSkABG](https://imgur.com/muSkABG) I’m a 5’8M. I have gained a LOT of weight since 2017. My heaviest weight was 195 pounds. I decided that something had to be done, so I tried to fast here and there. I dropped to 185 pounds relatively quickly, but stayed there for 2 years. This last month I decided that something had to change, so I became unconditional and decided to do everything possible. Week 1 Aug 17-23, 2020 – Started at 185 lbs. He started the week with a 60-hour fast. That was extremely harsh. I had hunger pangs like crazy and couldn’t sleep, but I got over it. The rest of the week I followed OMAD but not strict keto. I ate keto twice that week. I lost 9 pounds to 176 pounds. Week 2 Aug 24 – Aug 30, 2020: Started the week with a 48 hour fast. He was more strict on keto. I ate a couple of high carb meals but still ate OMAD. I lost 5 pounds to 171 pounds Current Week: August 31 Week: It is now September 3. I started this week with a 48 hour fast and have been on STRICT keto. The meals I had this week were steak with butter and a couple bowls of chipotle with extra chicken, no rice, no beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream. The carbohydrate intake is 20 g per day. I lost 4 pounds to 167 pounds. My GW is 155. I know progress will stop, but I still have 12 pounds left. I am planning to keep doing this until I reach my GW and then slowly introduce the carbs again. Since I strangely have no cravings for them, I can stick with keto for a while even after hitting GW. I love this OMAD keto sweet spot. Lost 18 pounds in 3 weeks. I know my progress will stop eventually and my goal is 2 pounds per week going forward. My breath has a strange fruity taste at the back of my mouth. I also enjoy drinking once a week on Fridays. I don’t touch beer or wine, just whiskey and diet coke which are 0 carbs. I used to have extreme hunger pangs and cravings. Interestingly this week, I literally had NO carbohydrate or sugar cravings. I am satisfied very quickly. I’m thinking of going back to the gym next week and lifting weights. Wish me luck on my journey and I wish you all the best here.
