Android FAQ issues

Hello everyone, We have received numerous reports from people saying that the FAQ links are not working. All the tests we have done show that the links DO work if you are using the iPhone app or when using a desktop / laptop browser. The problem appears to be only for Android mobile device users. Not being an Android user, I don’t know if it’s limited to just an official Android app or if other third-party Reddit apps usable on the Android platform are affected as well. Unfortunately, the mods on this submarine have no control to solve this. This is a Reddit Android app issue we think. If you are having this problem, I suggest you report it to Reddit directly or through their App Store and try accessing via laptop for now. KCKO! EDIT: It seems to be a problem limited to the official Android Reddit app. I’d suggest downloading a third-party Reddit login app if you’re on Android. Many suggestions in this thread. EDITION 2: per u / ketokate-o – Update implemented on 9/2/2020, 2020.33.0. Therefore, users who have updated to the latest version of the Android reddit app should no longer have a problem.
