So I’ve been thinking about starting a ketogenic diet for my cut. But isn’t 20% of the calorie intake from protein (~ 145g) too low for me? I weigh 172 pounds and I want to maintain as much muscle as possible. I have always followed the rule of 1g of protein per pound of body weight and that’s why I was wondering.
