Smoothie recipe to reduce fibroids

Apricot, Apple and Flaxseed Smoothie

3 apricots pitted

1/2 medium apple cut into pieces

2 tablespoons of flax seeds

1/8 cup lemon juice

1 cup of pure water

Pinch of cinnamon

Stevia to taste

Soak the flaxseeds overnight and wring them out. Add all the ingredients and mix until smooth. Add more water if necessary.

Like many things worthwhile, changing your diet is never easy, but the effort will be worth it in the long run. Once you start seeing positive results regarding shrinking your fibroids, it’s not that difficult to stick to the changes you’ve made.
