Egg intolerance?
I'm struggling here. I've been on keto off and on for 3 years. (Mostly on and when off low carb). I haven't eaten eggs for a month and last night ate some Pete and Gerry eggs towards the end of their 'good' date. I started feeling weird. Not horrible just a feeling that they weren't going down and being digested and then felt a little spacey. About an hour before bed I started feeling itchy. Not hives but crawling skin and just uncomfortable. I woke up a little less itchy.
Anyone think this is egg intolerance and I should avoid? Eggs had been a staple on this diet because they are easy and cheap.
