Male - 190 to 145 in 4 months on keto and one question
Like many of you, keto worked remarkably well for me. Almost everyday I'm under 30 carbs with one day per week where I can go to about 50.
So the issue I am facing is that my weight lost is not decelerating, I know it might sound like a stupid problem, but last 2 weeks I have been loosing 2 pounds per week.
Thing is I am following exactly the same diet for 4 months and I feel good, but I am Not sure if I am entering a territory where I am loosing too much, I was expecting it would slow down by itself.
I'm 5.8 feet and I do 1300 to 1500 calories per day, lightly active.
Wondering about opinions… should I just eat more?
