Lost 5-7 lbs in a week
I’m a week into the diet and was surprised when I stepped on the scale. I’m now 5’2 and 133lbs. But I don’t feel like I’m going about keto in a healthy way. I started off pretty strong but now I don’t feel the reason to eat, the past few days I’ve been eating on average 750 calories a day and I burn almost all of them off at work. I won’t feel like eating even when I’m hungry. I take multivitamins to combat any malnutrition. I’m wondering what the possible effects of this are, if I should stop the diet, or if there’s good keto snacks (similar to a protein bar but without the carbs) with a lot of calories. Thank you!
