Does stool ever get loosen on keto?

I had hemorrhoids recently on keto and they do not seem to go away since stool is always harder on keto. Everytime I go back to carbs the pain seems to ease and it has become really a lot more painful recently when back to keto. How to solve other than mega dosing magnesium?
