Chocolate cravings came back more intense than ever!
Hey guys,
For the last 5 years or so i´m pretty much obsessed with chocolate. I´m a fairly fit guy who works out regularly and doesn´t really eat much and relies on food but chocolate is always my week spot. And because of the pandemic my obsession got out of control so i gained like 20 pounds in a 2 month period. Exactly 3 weeks ago i decided to make a change and started with keto + 16/8 fast and working out twice a day. I gotta say i feel amazing now. Lost over 10 pounds already and feel very fit (strength and cardiowise). The first days have been a nightmare but i managed to get through it and at like day 10 my cravings were gone. I felt like i was fully adapted to this new lifestyle and finally kicked my addiction to chocolate. But guess not, because for the last two days i have this massive cravings and this unexplainable sadness because i force myself to not eat chocolate. It just takes to much willpower right now opposed to like 5 days ago, where i had zero cravings. And before i had tried it with cheatdays, but i can´t go a month before i say fuck up so i wanted to go cold turkey this time. Will the cravings ever go away? Any tips how to overcome these cravings? Sry for the long post.
