25 KG gone. If you really want it bad enough , it is possible.

Hi guys i’m 27 and i was a fatty kid my whole life. my weight spiked

up from 75kg to the neighbourhood of 99-104 in 2009 , and i was

only 16. In 2009 i went to summer school and the food was
different. i dont drink but i eat bad and very processed food.

I tried keto in 2017 – starting weight was 105 Kilos after 3 months
of super strict i dropped down to 95. i felt great and then i was cocky.

I thought i had it in me then i said yes to everything like booze,

sweet meal with mates etc.

also i barely exercised at all . Then 2018 – 2019 i did dirty keto which like i ate out but tried to find a thing that fit in keto . Deep down i know its not fully keto meal and had crabs , sugar and that. But i was lazy . Well i cut out sweet and booze. So a whole year I only lost 6 KG. For a whole years , i reached 89 KG

Then the corona virus hit, i had a time for myself and rethink about my weight , life goal and health. So i told myself this is it, lets see .

I decided to Keto + Fasting 22:2 , 20:4 24 hours and I cooked 99% . No dirty keto no one bit of this and those.

Oh my days, I drop 10 KG in 7 weeks.

My meal are consist of thing like Steak cut , Beef stir fired with salt and peppers chicken, pork , fish , salmon etc.

I want to thank this sub for the people who motivated me by posting and commenting. I want to go for 5 -10 kgs more but I know i can do it now so i decided my post might encourage people who might as well struggling now.

also i beat the stall period by exercise ( push up and body weight ) + Omad keto fasting
