Weight loss: are you struggling with yourself to lose weight?

Have you tried losing weight in the past but failed? You may have been struggling to do it.

I will explain.

There are two main parts to our mind: the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious part of you wants to lose weight and look good this coming season. Meanwhile, the subconscious wants you to continue eating all the foods that make you feel comfortable and happy. Unfortunately for you, those tend to be made up of sugar and carbohydrates that only grow your waist. In a scenario like this, the person ends up on yo-yo diets because their “Will Power” can only last a long time, literally. Will Power only gives you a brief burst of energy. Once it is gone. He just left. The only thing left is your emotional stress and frustration, which can lead to a vicious cycle of weight recovery.

That is the reason why the problem of losing weight must be addressed at the source of where the mental conflict is: in your subconscious. The subconscious is where all your habits and patterns are found, such as not eating healthy, not liking to exercise, and drinking only soda. Once you understand this part of your mind with your goals, change becomes easy because you are no longer fighting with yourself.

Hypnosis has been scientifically proven to work on weight loss!

Setting the mind to lose weight and motivate yourself to enjoy healthy habits is possible with hypnosis. A significant number of studies (several of which are listed below) have shown that adding hypnosis to a weight loss program significantly increases its success.

A 1996 study conducted at the University of Connecticut published in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology found that, on average, people who used hypnosis could lose 2.5 times more weight than a person who did not use hypnosis. The authors went one step further by stating: “The correlation analysis indicated that the benefits of hypnosis increased substantially over time.”

As someone who previously struggled not to lose extra pounds, I know you must have the right mindset to succeed. You may have experienced times when you dieted and exercised, but then your will power faded. In the end, you went back to your old patterns and regained weight. This continuous vicious cycle affects you not only physically but emotionally because as your self-esteem spirals down, you begin to overeat; you start eating comforting, calorie-laden foods again and you get stuck in the same pattern.

This scenario happens to countless Americans who are fueling the diet industry with their diet pill purchases and other fads in hopes of achieving their weight loss goals. However, the problem is that the more you recover, the more you prepare for failure the next time you try to diet.

Actually, the perfect equation for most people to lose weight is simple. Their:

Weight loss = the right mindset + healthy eating + exercise

That’s. In life as in science, the simplest answer is often the correct answer.

Hypnosis can help you achieve the right state of mind by “cleaning up mental clutter” that prevents you from staying on course to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. It gives you the ability to naturally choose to eat healthy foods, exercise, and focus on reaching your weight loss goals. For some, it is as simple as one session, while others see the benefit of a series of sessions.

In a research article titled, Hypnotherapy in Weight Loss Treatment, a group of researchers found that in a test group of 60 participants, those who did not use hypnosis lost only 0.5 pounds, while the group that used hypnosis lost 17 pounds. Why? Because people who had access to hypnosis sessions were able to achieve that combination of weight loss that eludes most people today.

Further proof of hypnosis’s ability to increase a person’s weight loss was shown in January 2004, when Dateline issued “Losing It: The Dateline Ultimate Diet Challenge.” The program compared some of the best-known methods of losing weight, including the Atkin diet, Slim Fast, Weight Watchers, extreme exercise with calorie restrictions, working with a diet coach, and hypnosis.

The two main weight loss techniques that worked were hypnosis and the Atkins diet. Unfortunately for the man who used the Atkin diet (Rick Burns), although he lost weight, he also became ill. “Rick developed a painful case of gout, a condition he had had before, which he suspected was the result of the diet.” Her diet had to be modified.

Marc Merlis, the man who hypnotized along with exercising and eating healthy, happily continued to lose weight.

“After three months under hypnosis, his wife had a nickname for him. Incredibly, the ‘fallen drawers’ had lost the most so far, an astonishing 40 pounds. That was when droopy’s wife went into action. She went to the hypnotist to quit smoking. smoking. And guess what? Smokeless, fat free. Five months later, because the Merlis things couldn’t be better. And at your son’s mitzvah bar this May, getting Marc up was a piece of cake. ” .

As long as Marc continued his hypnosis routine, he could continue on his path of losing weight. One of the things I noticed about this weight loss challenge was how much the other contestants suffered from the calorie restrictions they had to endure. It is difficult to concentrate if you feel like you are starving. Hypnosis helps program your mind to think poorly, this includes wanting to exercise and eat healthy, so you are not constantly fighting over the choices you have to make. An additional advantage of hypnosis is that it helps you control your stress levels. This in turn helps you lose weight.

Even highly respected consumer advocate John Stossel of ABC 20/20, known for debunking fraudulent claims, agrees that hypnosis is not a sham. In his best-selling book, “Myths, Lies, and Downright Stupid,” he makes a bold interpretation of hypnosis:

“Just when my skeptic’s antennas convince me that I always know a bunk when I see it, I’m kidding myself. I assumed that medical hypnosis was just another game …” Hypnotherapy will help you lose weight! “Come on, if it worked! There wouldn’t be all those overweight people. Truth: Hypnosis works, if you quit!”

Smokers can also reap the benefits of hypnosis for weight loss. A double study indicated that both nonsmokers and smokers experienced significant weight loss, as well as a decrease in their body mass index compared to the non-hypnosis group. In fact, the group that used hypnosis continued to show lower weights after treatment. Non-invasive and relaxing, hypnosis makes it easy to achieve your goals.

Hypnosis simply allows you to have better motivation and self-control, as well as a positive emotional association with your diet and exercise. Not only do you lose weight, you gain control of your own life, so you can go out and accomplish all the other things that are on your target list.
