Snack Bars Elevation

I am heading to Aldi tomorrow and am curious about the Elevation brand coffee shops that say 2g of net carbs. I’m still wary of trusting in sugar alcohols and counting net carbs, but I desperately need chocolate if I’m going to survive this social estrangement any longer.

Has anyone tried this? Did they get you out of ketosis? Tastes good?
