It is a challenge that defines success or failure because it is a demanding change and bad habits are not easily broken, especially when it comes to food. Most people take a long time to acquire and develop their food preferences, whether good or bad, sweet or fatty foods, starches, creams or processed foods, one thing for sure, they will eat their favorite foods because it gives them pleasure; But diet is absolutely necessary for overweight people, although it is a complete contrast to unhealthy eating. A good and fast weight loss diet is a sure way to control calorie intake and reduce excess weight, but it does much more than that, it detoxifies and also balances body and mind.

Most people with excessive body fat problems know that there are tons of weight loss products on the market with new and innovative ones being added every day; They also know that almost all diet plans claim to be the best cloud diet formula. But how are they supposed to know which ones are safe, risk-free, natural or even deliver the real claims being made on them?

The simple truth or fact of the matter is that no diet plan program is entitled to claim to be the best plan on the market, most plans practically work, it all depends on the person using it. Most people will have a different response or reaction to the same product, thus obtaining various results. The fact is, any diet plan could work as long as you commit to and meet your goal of eating healthy, exercising, and selecting the right and proper amount of food. The secret to losing weight is to apply discipline and more discipline, but don’t cry yet, because every day and in every way, you only get better, better and better. Now you can smile.

Now that you smile, I’d like to introduce you to some simple tips that will allow you to create your own diet plan and avoid the mistakes that most dieters make to achieve their desired weight loss goals. However, take me seriously, I have been there, I have done it and you can do it too; Make unhealthy eating and being overweight a thing of the past.

The first step in the diet should be a visit to your family doctor, explain your intention to lose weight and your plan of goals to achieve it; Discuss the foods you will use in your diet plan and also the foods you intend to eliminate from your life and what exercise you have decided to start with. The only purpose of visiting your doctor is to put everything on the table and find out how it will affect your health before continuing.

The second step in the diet is to inform yourself about the foods that you have been consuming daily. On a piece of paper, honestly list the foods you eat and drink, do the two columns of advantages and disadvantages by listing their corresponding calories or daily food intake. Replace all the unhealthy high-calorie and excess saturated fat foods in the downside column with healthy low-calorie foods that are high in nutrition, monounsaturated fatty acids, and fiber. This awareness method, the habit of checking what kinds of foods you eat daily, will allow you to monitor your calorie intake at the end of the day. You can always adjust your food intake the next day if you ate too much the day before.

The third step in the diet is choosing the right foods to eat, I’m not a dietitian, but there are certain types of foods that will never make it back to my kitchen cabinets or refrigerator. For example, I love ice cream, but once I got into a lot of trouble with my weight. Some of you can relate to me on this, but the point I’m trying to make is, when you indulge too much in foods you like that are too sweet, fatty, or processed, etc., the results can cause irreversible health problems. Is that the reason to attack yourself indulgence by any means necessary and if you have to keep it out of the kitchen cabinets? So be it, because not addressing your unhealthy eating habits will eventually lead to heart and liver problems, perhaps more. So make a commitment to change by choosing healthy foods, like whole gains and nuts, vegetables, fruits, and lean meats. Avoiding eating too much red meat is my personal opinion to stay healthy.

There is an old Chinese proverb that says “choose like a bird, run like a deer”, which is perhaps a complement to our theory here in the western hemisphere that says “eat six small meals a day and stay fit and healthy”. Here comes the question, what if I am hungry between meals? Here is the answer, “choose like a bird filling you with fruit, vegetable sticks, healthy snacks,” but don’t try to run like a deer too soon, I have never been able to run as fast as a deer, but I was able to move a mountain to the opposite side once, i don’t think i will try again because i have changed my eating habits, now i choose like a bird.
