I hate eating
I seriously hate food. I have been in keto and OMAD for almost a month and am losing significant weight. But when it comes to lunchtime (11AM), I have a hard time eating. I have variety, always something different, things that I would generally really like, but when it comes to eating, I feel sick and have a hard time finishing my meals. I barely reach 1000cal each meal, sometimes less because I can’t physically eat more. I’ve even been skipping days of eating because it’s scary. What should I do? I started at 260, now at 232, target weight 180. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
