Probably the most frequently asked question I get from clients on my weight loss programs is how to get thin. It is a challenge that every woman who has struggled with her body has faced at some point in her life. The truth is, there are millions of Asian women around the world who have slim and skinny bodies throughout the year … even right after giving birth!
Today you will learn how to get slim in the natural Asian way, using some easy to remember tips that Asian women use to lose weight quickly and that you can add to your daily routine.
How to Get Skinny: Quick and Easy Natural Solutions
For my new weight loss clients, I first start by teaching you some basics about long-term permanent weight loss. Simple things anyone can do from day one to boost their fat-burning potential. And while you’re not going to learn all the Asian secrets about weight loss from a single short article, you CAN get some tips that will get you on the road to your ideal body:
1. A smaller plate = A smaller belly – If you ever travel to Asia, one of the first things you will notice is that the bowls and plates that families use are much smaller than the typical size of the United States. This is important for a reason that is not difficult to understand: eat less food if your plate cannot hold more!
Try “shrinking” your dishes when you are trying to stay focused while losing weight, particularly for dinner, you will find that it is one of the simplest things you can do to answer your How to Get Skinny Fast question.
2. The water is not in a glass – Certain vegetables have two advantages over regular foods, the first of which is, of course, their superior nutritional profile, which helps our bodies stay healthy and function well. But for certain vegetables like zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, and kale, there is a second big advantage for those trying to figure out how to get thin: They are dense in water.
Water-dense vegetables will fill you up (and keep you full) much longer than other options, try including them as a side dish with your main meals.

4. There are no “Las Vegas drinks” when dining out – When dining out, don’t be tempted to order a bottle of white wine, a great 16 oz fruity cocktail, or any other oversized beverage that may contain alcohol or processed sugars.
