How to get enough protein without red meat?

I’ve eaten a lot of steaks and ground beef since I started keto, and you know … Red meat is not the best for you. So now I’ve been trying to eat more chicken, turkey, and fish, but … I don’t love seafood, and birds get boring. Tofu is good, but I’m not sure what brands to buy, as Asian supermarkets carry SKETCHIEST nutritional labels. Does anyone have any ideas?
