America's children are NOT to blame for being overweight!

It is a downward spiral. Childhood obesity is fast becoming an epidemic across the country, and the physical and psychological effects of being overweight can last a lifetime. While the issue of weight problems in children has become a hot topic in the media, too many families do not have adequate information or resources when it comes to teaching their children healthy eating and fitness habits.

Certainly, it is not easy being a child in today’s complex culture, where children have it more difficult than their parents, in terms of health. Parents pushing for more physical education courses at school is a good start, but it just isn’t enough.

As with adults, there is no quick and easy weight loss solution for children. To solve a child’s weight problem, parents must help the child help himself by modifying and managing dietary intake, physical activity, and lifestyle behaviors. They should also look for resources that can help their children start making small lifestyle changes RIGHT NOW that, combined, will deliver great results. Solutions do not need to be the result of clinical trials or dissertations at the doctoral level. Currently, there are many new products on the market that have emerged at the grassroots level from Americans who are not just concerned about the state of children. health across the United States, but have decided to take action:
