Am I measuring things wrong?

So, I started keto about 5 days ago, and I’ve been registering what I eat on MyFitnessPal. I’m also doing intermittent fasting 16: 8, so I don’t eat until lunch, but I do drink black coffee. Anyway, I’ve been recording how much I consume, but for some reason I’m apparently not consuming a lot of calories. Like today, for example, I very carefully measured my ingredients for lunch and dinner, but my total calorie intake today only amounts to 630, when I should be eating approximately 1,200. But I also feel quite full after eating.

Breakfast
Black coffee – 2 cups

lunch
Canned Tuna (Century) – 130
Large Tomato (1 Red) – 33
Cabbage (chopped 1 cup) – 22

Dinner
Mushroom and Mozzarella Omelet – 311

Appetizers
2 medium boiled eggs – 136
