I rate them with numbers and then celebrate progress. Nor have I been so obsessed with losing weight. If I break a constant habit and overload myself with carbohydrates, I give myself a little grace and move on.

My mood has been very stable in the last two months. Just a couple of days of “sad days.”

The goal is to lose weight and be healthy. To be active with my children and have energy, you need to be the father of young children. My pastor gave us this advice ::: Healthy parents help raise healthy children. I want to do my part to give them the best I can give them.

I’ve been enjoying other trips too. Feeling grateful for this subreddit.
