20 pounds down and sober. Let's go 2020!

I reached my first short term goal of 20 pounds!

I know it’s cheesy, but 2020 has released a “new me” or at least someone I haven’t seen in a long time. In addition to starting the keto trip, I also made the decision to be sober (2 months of FA). So far it has been a great year for changes!

I chose this short-term goal (-20 pounds) because it is always when I (and others) tend to notice weight loss. Seeing results is a great motivation!

I’ve been doing keto for about six weeks! It’s a learning curve, but I’m very excited about the results and how I feel.
