The 1000 calorie challenge of Joel Marion and Arnel Ricafranca is a program that supposedly allows you to burn up to 1000 calories per workout, hence the 1000 calorie challenge name. This is to make sure you eliminate excess body fat at the fastest possible rate. I have received many emails about this program of these types, so I decided to take a look for myself to see what the hype was all about.

After reviewing the entire program, I have reached some conclusions about it. Overall, it is a solid program that Joel Marion and Arnel Ricafranca have provided for you.

However, the course title is a bit misleading. You see, if you are a beginner, then you will not burn 1000 calories immediately. I could try, but I could end up hurting myself by pulling a muscle or literally passing out on the floor.

You have to work up to this level since it won’t come overnight.

What I liked about the program was that it changes a lot through the different phases. This is great because you will never reach a plateau and always keep the body guessing. By keeping the body guessing, it will burn more calories in each workout and even when sitting on the sofa resting.

But this brings me to the next point. After leafing through everything, you may encounter an information overload. There is a lot that is covered and they use some big and elegant words that you may not understand after the first time.

But keep reading and read it again if necessary. You will learn a lot

Overall, the 1000 calorie challenge of Joel Marion and Arnel Ricafranca seems like a solid program to help you eliminate all remaining body fat.
