The VA described me as a physically fit 70-year-old man (I'm obese)!

I am a Vietnamese veterinarian and I finally went to VA Hospital for medical attention after 50 years on my own. My first appointment was on January 16 and I just received the results online. The doctor assigned to me described me as the headline in his report. I weigh 224 pounds and measure 6 feet tall. That makes me obese Type 1 by 3.2 lbs. It would make me feel good, but I am only impressed with how physical fitness standards have declined in the last 50 years. With luck, I could not even join the army now (if I were young, that is). I have been keto / fasting for about 8 months. I told the doctor I was keto. If enough of us do that, maybe they can get a clue about nutrition.
