I'm trying my best to break this plateau, but nothing works! Help.
F 35 159 pounds of 5% macro carbohydrates 14 grams of fat 65% 80 grams, protein 82 grams 30%, calorie intake 1100
I exercise 3 times a week weightlifting and half an hour of cardio, 1 day of yoga.
He lost 10 pounds immediately and since then, nothing. I have a mixed diet and I try to change it regularly within my macros. I like to eat a heavier meal at night when I’m hungry. Fast flashing apart from bulletproof coffee in the morning.
Any advice?
Edit Ok, well, they voted me to hell for help. If it makes a difference, I just stop breastfeeding and I’m trying to get pregnant again and I don’t want to worry about anyone but myself while on a diet. It is frustrating as a new mom with finally some freedom and trying to quickly return to the pre-pregnancy weight so as not to gain the next pregnancy to 200 pounds. I also don’t want to risk any future pregnancy by limiting as many calories or pushing myself as I can now. I didn’t think I needed to add this disclaimer, but it’s very frustrating and I thought this community could be a bit more positive. I’m sorry :/
