Family of 7. How keto?

I read the tips on how to make a budget, but the tips don’t really help my situation much.
I have 3 very young children and I do not feel comfortable changing the whole family to keto, since I am the only one who is overweight and I need to lose about 150 pounds, so I desperately need to lose weight and it seems that I cry as something with which I could really go on. Our food budget is approximately $ 400 per month.
Is there anyone else in the same boat as me? If so, how do you do this and make it work? Tips?
